**We’re Hiring: Experienced Web Designer (90% Remote)**

Are you a creative and skilled web designer looking for a flexible working arrangement? We are seeking an experienced **Web Designer** to join our team, working 90% from home with occasional in-office collaboration.

**Position: Web Designer**

**Location**: Hybrid (90% Remote, occasional office presence)
**Employment Type**: Full-time/Part-time
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years
**Start Date**: now
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present ideas and concepts
- Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for various devices, and adhere to UX/UI best practices
- Regularly update and maintain web designs, ensuring functionality and performance
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and project goals
- Occasionally attend in-office meetings for project collaboration

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a web designer
- Expertise in **web design tools** such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** for front-end design implementation
- Experience with **responsive design** and **mobile-first development**:

- Familiarity with **WordPress, Webflow**, or similar CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of **UX/UI principles** and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A solid portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 7 - 20 per week
