- Lead the group finance function (GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, inventory/costing, multi-entity consolidation).
- Manage monthly close, management reporting, and board packs (P&L/BS/CF/KPIs).
- Drive budgeting/forecasting, cash-flow & treasury, and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian tax (PPN/PPh); coordinate audits.
- Partner with Operations on unit economics, pricing, promo ROI, and capex feasibility.
- Optimising current accounting systems and automation.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or relevant field(required)
- 3-5+ years progressive finance experience with 2+ years in leadership (Hospitality/F&B/Retail preferred).
- High integrity, accuracy, and ownership; proactive and solution-oriented.
- Strong analytical and business partnering mindset.
