**About work**仕事内容について**:
Write and maintain custom scripts for automation and to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Strong technical and analytical mindset with in-depth understanding of how database and online apps work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Honest and always adapt to the latest technologies
Daily reporting to The Head of IT
