3 years' experience working in a plastics factory, preferably within a FMCG environment.

demonstrated knowledge of production organization and basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical principles.

Tanggung Jawab

To lead a team of people, ensuring they are working in a safe manner at the assigned work stations.

The shift leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating a team, assigning them according to their skills to optimize the outputs, and following up to ensure that the scheduled production plan is accomplished.

Ensure that all safety precautions are taken by all employees, whether they are assigned to my team or not, and report any deviations to my superior.

Work closely with the production planner to ensure that there are no delays or major impact issues, reporting any discrepancies that do not match the scheduled plan.

Participate in meetings to organize and/or follow up on assigned projects related to my department.

Develop new talent within my assigned team to bring them up to an upper technical level, transferring my know-how and encouraging the team to follow KDD culture and policies.

Reporting in a timely manner any issues, disruptions or any other potential discrepancies found that could affect in any kind of form to my department.

Attend to the required trainings assigned by KDD, normally within my working hours and might be required to attend outside my working hours if no alternative is available.

Ensure all the paperwork related to my tasks is properly filled out and delivered in a timely manner, providing accurate information.

Identify potential measures to develop my team through new training, new skills, or new methodologies aligned with KDD directions.

Work closely with the department team, avoiding your own interests and working towards KDD's best interests. Benefits:
