As a Unit Head GA _**each day, you'll be...**
- Procurement Management:_
- Manage procurement for head office routines, including stationery, printing, and souvenirs sourcing.
- Coordinate courier services for document and printed material delivery to branches.
- Facility Management: _
- Manage essential office facilities like air conditioning, PABX systems, and CCTV surveillance, as well as rental equipment such as printers and coffee machines.
- Coordinate with contractors for painting, renovation, and maintenance tasks. Handle rental agreements for offices in various locations and manage co-working spaces in multiple cities.
- General Affairs:_
- Oversee the management of operational cars, including handling tasks such as obtaining STNK and arranging servicing.
- Manage drivers, messengers, OB (Outward Bound) activities, and OG (Outward Going) processes for efficient operational support.
- Serve as the point of contact (PIC) for building management at Centennial Tower, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for facility-related matters.
- Building Management: _
- Handle building management duties such as acquiring licenses for advertisements, property tax (PBB), and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, oversee asset management procedures including tagging and tracking corporate assets.
- Conduct reviews of contracts related to building operations and maintenance to ensure compliance and optimal efficiency.

**What we would like you to have**
- Minimum 7 years in Procurement and General Affairs or related role, insurance industry experience would be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in procurement management, facilities management, general affairs and building management scope.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, asset management procedures, and contract review processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and are capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English is required
