Zettabyte is a software development company that focuses on the education sector. We work together with our multicultural team from offices in Singapore, Bali, Yogyakarta, Paris, and Madagascar to create and produce tools that increase the quality of life for anyone involved in the education sector.

As a QA Intern, you will learn to ensure the quality and stability of Zettabyte’s software platforms. You’ll assist in testing activities, create test documentation, and report findings that help improve product reliability and user experience. This internship is an opportunity to develop hands-on QA skills and contribute to our mission to enhance education through technology.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing detailed checklists, test plans, and test cases under supervision
- Execute testing tasks diligently based on the provided documentation
- Report bugs promptly and accurately during the testing process
- Generate testing reports summarizing tested features or sections and their outcomes
- Provide feedback on functionality, non-functionality, and user experience of the platform
- Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to support continuous improvement of the QA process

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of Quality Assurance
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining checklists, test plans, and test cases
- Basic understanding of the bug life cycle and bug reporting process
- Familiar with basic programming/scripting concepts (advantageous)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus)
- Strong logic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to contribute to a global software team

**Work Arrangement**
- Full-time internship (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Western Indonesia Time)
- On-site placement in Yogyakarta or Madagascar

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
