We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented _Visual Content Creator_ to join our team. This role is focused on developing compelling visual assets that elevate our brand presence, tell impactful stories, and drive engagement across multiple platforms — especially social media. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to conceptualize and execute visuals that resonate with diverse audience.

**Key Tasks**:

- Focused on creating compelling visual assets
- Covers photography, videography, and post-production.
- Conceptualize and produce engaging visual content for branding, campaigns, and digital storytelling — from idea to final output.
- Capture high-quality photography and videography, including product shoots, lifestyle imagery, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage.
- Edit and enhance visual materials through professional post-production techniques, including color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and format optimization for different platform.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure all visual content supports campaign goals and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with visual trends, platform-specific content styles, and emerging tools to continuously improve the creative output.
- Organize and maintain an efficient digital asset library for easy retrieval and future use.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in visual design, content creation, or multimedia production (preferably in property, lifestyle, or creative industries)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) or equivalent tools
- Skilled in photography and videography, including planning, shooting, and editing for digital platforms
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling techniques
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Ability to edit and enhance visual content for different marketing needs
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and graphic design is required
