**Your Contribution**:
- To input allowances especially for allowances for working hours & overtime calculation, Incentive and the other allowance.
- Has to make the absenteeism report and announce to the employee for each department weekly.
- Make the manual calculation for every correction result which is for each department.
- Handle the process related with system mechanism.
- Payroll System:
- Entry employee data in payroll system.
- Maintain and repair if any correction data
- Attendance machine:
- Register the new employee number in attendance machine.
- Work on specific tasks from HR & GA Manager directly.
- Processing, verifying and making outpatient medical report and submitting it to finance department for payment weekly
- Make an outpatient medical monthly report to IR & GA Supervisor for reporting to HR Manager every month.
- Make report after salary payment:
- Printout & distribution of payslip to the employees.
- Salary report
- Filling the confidential document related to compensation & benefit.
- Doing another tasks instructed by direct superior
- Dealing with employee complaints and report to superiors
- Distribution insurance card (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Insurance Provider Certificate).
- Reporting the completeness of documents for the purposes of Social Insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) both related to the membership, contribution, work accident report, work accident claim
- Support activities related to the HRGA department's overall job function
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor degree majoring in management, administration, information technology / management, accounting
- 2 years of work experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of the organization.
- Excellent in numerical and statistical analysis.
- Able to communication fluent with english both oral or written.
- Able to operate computer (e.g; Ms Office and other supporting software).
- Good understanding about government regulation related to labor.
- Good understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan.
