Manage tax audits and prepare audit readiness files for all open years.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge with changes in tax regulations within the country.

Review all contracts and tenders from tax perspective to identify tax implications and ensure compliance.

Liasie with accounting team for tax impliactions on financial statements.

Design and setup internal process for proper control and governance relating to tax function.

Support, train and coach finance and accounting department for tax requirements.

Responsible for tax strategies and planning.

Coordinate with both Headquarter and local business/accounting teams to identify and analyse implications of evolving business activities and to develop strategies to maximize tax efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Accounting or Finance, and/or other tax qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in tax function with large organisations, preferably in a multinational company or company with similar trade.
- Extensive knowledge on local tax reguations, accounting standard and IFRS
- Experience in business-partnering function, including tax strategy implementation and tax planning support
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
- Good English ability.
- Detail-oriented, organized in work and able to meet/beat tight timeline.
- Strong in numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick learner
- Basic knowledge in US GAAP
- Experience working in multinational company or in agribusiness
