- Position Summary
- The General Worker is responsible for providing general support in the workshop facility to ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations. This role involves assisting with maintenance, material handling, basic repairs, and general labor duties to support workshop efficiency.
- Duties & Responsibilities
- These are critical tasks that must be performed to support the effective operation of the workshop:

- 1. Workshop Cleaning and Organization
- Maintain cleanliness of the workshop, including floors, work areas, storage spaces, and common areas.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are properly stored and organized.
- Dispose of waste materials properly, including hazardous waste handling as per safety regulations.
- 2. Material Handling and Logistics Support
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Transport materials within the workshop as needed.
- Help in stock organization and inventory management under supervision.
- 3. Basic Maintenance and Repairs
- Assist maintenance personnel in performing minor repairs on equipment, workshop infrastructure, and utilities.
- Perform basic painting, plumbing, and carpentry work as required.
- Support in setting up and dismantling temporary structures, such as workstations or storage units.
- 4. Safety and Compliance
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions in the workshop.
- Assist in emergency response actions such as fire safety drills or first aid support.
- NON-ESSENTIAL
- These tasks are not critical to workshop operations but contribute to efficiency and organization:

- 1. Administrative Assistance
- Help with maintaining records of tools and materials usage.
- Assist in preparing reports related to workshop support activities.
- 2. Training and Skill Development
- Participate in training sessions on workplace safety, equipment handling, and maintenance procedures.
- Learn basic technical skills to support workshop operations more effectively.
- 3. Additional Support Tasks
- Assist other departments with non-technical support tasks when needed.
- Help set up for company events or meetings within the workshop facility.
- Safety & Environment
- Ensure that Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.
- Other
- Carry out work in accordance with the Company Healt,Safety, Environmental, and Quality System.
- Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management System on the Company.
- Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvment of the environment.

- Qualifications

- REQUIRED
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in general labor, facility maintenance, or workshop support is preferred but not required.
- DESIRED
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of workshop tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Awareness of workplace safety and willingness to adhere to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a team and support various tasks as needed.
