In this role, you'll oversee two key areas:
**_ Demand Growth_**:

- Expand the presence, revenue, and bookings of Pinhome across all categories in Bandung and Semarang.
- Drive growth through a mix of online campaigns, offline activations, and strategic partnerships.

**_ Supply Operations_**:

- Balance supply and demand in the region
- Enhance the supply lifecycle and improve quality standards.
- Monitor income streams (organic and inorganic) to elevate the well-being of Pinhome partners.
- Foster strong engagement and a seamless experience for Pinhome partners, both online and offline. Build trust and safety measures to protect stakeholders in the ecosystem.
