**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Business/Continuous Improvement Analyst who will report to the Country Manager Global Forwarding in Jakarta, The primary focus of this role is to implement, monitor, and review business processes across all functions to ensure adequate risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. It also addresses commercial advantage by increasing productivity and reducing Global Forwarding's cost to serve. The role will be supported by Country Manager Global Forwarding and regional OE team.
**The role**

As a Business/Continuous Improvement Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Supporting and executing all aspects of business process optimisation ensuring a continuous assessment and improvement of productivity and efficiency
- Contributing actively to the development and improvement of corporate standards for business processes, and executing the processes and related methodologies, and aligning countries to those corporate standards
- Contributing to the definition, alignment, implementation and overall improvement of company-wide standard methodologies for process improvement to drive delivery of operational excellence
- Executing business processes, provide recommendations and implement business improvement activities to meet market and customer needs. Supporting business processes across all functions consistent with global process standards
- Solving existing inefficiencies within the business by developing business processes in coordination with the Global Business Solutions and the Global Process Excellence teams
- Executing the global definition of key performance indicators relating to business process performance and operational quality. Engaging all levels of business and supporting communication of changes into the wider business to improve engagement and change acceptance

Qualifications**
About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and at least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Hands on experience in Freight Forwarding Operations, including Customs & Transportation / BPO
- Experience in dealing with customer requirements. Ability to read, understand and present technical publications and materials, regulations, policies and procedures
- Good project management and presentation skills. Experienced in advanced MS Office. CargoWise 1 experience is a must
- Experince in handling documentation in English
- Sound knowledge of strategic and business planning. Problem Solving skills to contribute to practical and innovative solutions to problems. Critical Thinking - logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
