People & Culture Executive (Recruitment)

We are looking for a youthful, energetic, and fun talent who is agile and determined to deliver the processes of the People and Culture team of Xtremax, specialising in the **Recruitment** area.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, phone screening, arranging interviews, prepare employment contracts while ensuring alignment with regulations, and Xtremax’s policies and procedures
- Prepare HR Reports and statistics for analysis
- Plan and organize HR initiatives that will benefit the company and employees
- Maintain good relationships with employees and other key positions
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- **2-3 years of experience in tech recruitment**:
- **Good English communication skills**:
- Accustomed to managing numerous applicants utilizing various job portals and other platforms
- Familiarity with recruitment ATS platforms will be a significant consideration
- Able and willing to learn quickly and succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous, organized, and can prioritize and execute tasks effectively and independently
- Work effectively in a team
- Able to spread joy and positivity in the office
