**About work**仕事内容について**:
1 Carry out HRGA functions in accordance with government regulation, company regulations ,and policies
2 Make budget of HRGA by considering cost effectiveness and efficiency
3 Making Development Program base on employee competency
4 Review, up date and evaluate Company Regulations, Employee benefits etc
5 Responsible for employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries, bonuses and allowances, BPJS, etc
6 As a liaison with other functional managers ,local employee-expatriat, bipartit - management
7 Assessing employee performance together with Dept Head/Management
