**Location**: Indonesia, Jakarta

**BASIC FUCTIONS**

To optimize and enhance finish goods and logistics management in Indonesia operation/assembly center. To manage import transactions to align with local regulatory requirement and build up our competency on import process through optimizing internal management process, continually improving transaction leading time and maximizing the benefits from local customs and tax regulatory.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

Working with supply sites to follow up product import to Indonesia operation/assembly center and ensure the product delivered as required.
Manage/Optimize import logistics to achieve shortest delivery time with the competent cost and regulatory compliance.
Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL supplier to ensure their performance can meet Kohler requirement.
Responsible for all necessary customs transactions related to all imported goods.
Understand the local regulatory change on import management and introduce good practice/new model into company to maximize the benefit form the government policy.
Build up good relationship with local customs and other authorities

**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**

Reports to Business Development Manager - K&B Indonesia with dotted line to SE Asia Supply Chain leader
**Frequent contacts with plants, ACSC, sales and distributors

Frequent contacts with 3PL, Customs and other local authorities

**Skills/Requirements**

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

College education
2-3 years of logistics operation experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Self motivated, results and achievement oriented
Adaptable and resilient
Awareness of local regulatory requirement related to import and export.
