**Job Description Summary**:
**Required Skills**:

- Capable to administer systems & master plans for Maintenance in accordance to Maintenance Manager’s Guidance
- Capable to create/perform formal root cause analysis to identify and resolve downtime/inefficient operational issues as well as corrective action as issues arises
- Interface with the Maintenance Manager to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and mitigating potential delays through planning and coordinating manpower, parts and material, and equipment access
- Capable to communicate effectively with plant personnel to ensure production issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible Input and update operation-related data in SAP ERP system

**Basic Qualification**:

- Min. D3 on Engineering, or Technical High School (SMK) with Electrical and Instrumentation/Mechanical/Aeronautics focus
- 2 years of experience in Maintenance roles in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument/Manufacturing Industry,
- Capable to write and speak in English,
- Familiar with SAP ERP system, Work order administration, RCA Analysis, problem solving
- Experienced in utilizing data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoints, etc.
- Capable to generate reports preventive/corrective maintenance data (spreadsheets, presentation, etc.),
- Capable to follow working procedure and working instruction,
- Capable to read engineering drawing, electrical drawing
- Willing to stay in Bandung.

- Capable to lead and/or participate as a member on cross-functional teams
