The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Provide various types of training for new-hire and existing operation members based on needs, which includes on-boarding, good case practice sharing, and refresher
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the training program (e.g. Q&A session)
- Responsible for the training administration and report
- Deliver the test and analyse the test result at the end of each training session
- Define and maintain documentation of the most current operational process to be used for training material
- Coordinate with respective support lead to ensure the accordance of all concern/agenda in every aspect
- Join briefing prior to training session and calibration session to improve the training material
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree and above from all majors
- Experience as a Trainer (optional) or experience in Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, Manpower Management, or similar positions
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills
- Strong knowledge in working policies, procedures, and rules of operational process
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving is required
- Strong presentation skills
- Driven and motivated
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Willing to be placed in Solo
