**Detail**:
Full-time salaried position in our Jogja-based headquarter

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Deployment, configuration, and management of all network infrastructure.
- Support the development, testing and integration of new hardware and software platforms into the network.
- Monitoring Network Abuse and DDOS Attack on Network Layer.
- Deployment, and troubleshooting hardware and OS related.
- Monitoring infrastructure performance and capacity.
- Monitoring abuse of client services.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with the Linux based systems, Mikrotik Router & Switch.
- Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS) and experience with IPv4 and IPv6.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols ( IGP,EGP,Trunk,MPLS ).
- Experience with Data Centers, Colocation Facilities, Internet Exchanges.
- Working knowledge of physical infrastructure design including structured cabling and fiber-optic cabling.
- Computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to lift & install equipment up to 20kg. it may require working in narrow spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines.
- Willing to work in Yogyakarta and mobile out of town if needed.
- Available on-call flight to Data Center immediately if emergency issues occur.

**Point Plus**:

- Understanding of IT service and components management (Point Plus).
- Understanding of Data Center environment safety and security (Point Plus).
- MTCRE, MTCSE, MTCINE (Point Plus).
- Any Sysadmin certification related (Point Plus).
