Persyaratan
- Fluent in english (active).
- Minimum 10 years experience in garment/têxtile industry as Laboratory Manager.
- Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative
- Working knowledge of products and services
- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
- Good customer focus
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving (root cause) skills.
- Good planning and organizing skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Literate in basic computer programs.
- Good leadership skill.

- Ensure effective quality control and quality assurance practices related to laboratory are in place and effective.
- Through the management of the Laboratory.
- Provide visual fabric inspection services upon receipt of fabric
- Provide fabric, trims and garment testing services against established quality standards and issue reports to the relevant departments
- Resolve quality issues related to fabric and trims by providing technical advice as appropriate as customers expectation.
- Align quality expectations with suppliers as needed.
- Manage operation of the quality control lab including procedures and equipment.
- Provide managerial leadership to the laboratory team.
