Human Resource Manager

Responsible for overseeing the entire HR services activity (Recruitment & Training, Staffing, Performance evaluation, Compensation & Benefit, and Employee Relation)
- Develop Human Resources Département work programs and annual budgets and ensure the implementation in accordance with established provisions.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify and facilitate workforce needs.
- Responsible to payroll process and ensure it's on time and accurate.
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide support to employees with various HR-related issues and liaised with heads of department to find resolution.
- Responsible to make employment contracts for both new hire or extension contract (exclude daily worker) and ensuring their signing on time.
- Create and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular KPI meetings with other department heads to ensure that the implementation of KPI in each department is running as it should.
- Generate HR metrics and reports.
- Develop people and organizational development design such as: Organization Structure, Salary Structure, Performance Appraisal, Job Analysis, Job Description, Workload Analysis, and Training Need Analysis.
- Others, but not limited to the above work activities
**Job Requirements**:
- Min. bachelor’s degree of any major from reputable university, master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager
- Understanding of UUCK and Labor Law
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicator and Performance Evaluation Design.
- Has experience in training and development area.
- Able to work in fast paced environment juggling between multiple priorities.
- Possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines.
- An initiative and creative person and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical & critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resource Manager: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
