**Territory Manager - Banten**
**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure both individual and squad sales targets are met; drive team performance even after personal goals are achieved.
- Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies with squad members to achieve defined KPIs.
- Develop knowledge, data, and expertise that provide value to customers.
- Understand customer needs to deliver tailored approaches and build strong relationships.
- Collect market and competitive data, anticipate trends, and record insights in Bayer’s systems.
- Support product stewardship and manage customer product complaints.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth, learning, and team success.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection).
- At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience in the Crop Protection industry.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven, self-reliant, and skilled in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive, accountable, and committed to delivering results.
- Moderate proficiency in English is an advantage.
