1. Building strategy to reach sales target,

2. Approaching community, event organizer and other potential corporate to have any agreement in order to increase sales,

3. Monitoring operational efficiency and recommending changes to improve productivity,

4. Reviewing budget and expenditures within the store’s operational to ensure profitability,

5. Setting up selling price in store and pressing cost of goods sold (COGS) regarding to revenue/profit’ store,

6. Developing new system or services based on current industry trends or consumer demands,

7. Managing internal & external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts,

8. Controlling and assuring the product is always in good quality, including assuring the raw material to produce the product is in great quality,

9. Creating monthly budgeting based on store’s needs (including budget plan for upcoming project in store) & cost efficiency,

10. Assuring operational in store runs well, including solving problem and coordinating to related division or third party

11. Managing store’s employee to obey Standard Operating Procedure and Corporate Regulation that is established by Corporate,

12. Giving appraisal to employee for renewal their contracts and responsible of the result of trainee employee,

13. Ensuring an effective shift schedule for employee,

14. Creating data summary of non-POSS sales such as merchandise or sales from event,

15. Inputting waste and raw material based on Purchase Order to POSS,

16. Updating raw material stock, menu, price and promo to POSS,

17. Responsible of Stock Opname & General Cleaning in store,

18. Making plan, budget & report for event that is held in or out store,

19. Collaborating with Marketing Department to planning on promo & event,

20. Responsible of building & store’s equipment, including record store’s asset and dealing with maintenance vendor (if needed),

21. Creating Payment Request Documents, General Expenses Report, Sales Recap per day; Daily Sales Report,

22. Creating Operational Report of sales recap, employee, obstacles, top & bottom products, traffic customer, building & equipment, and any else that is related to Store Operational,

23. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual statements, analyses and reports of operations & finances.
