- Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly communicated and understood.

- Assist in testing and validating that the developed solutions meet the defined business requirements and functional specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong expertise in the banking or financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience working with SIBS Silverlake Core Banking Solutions or other core banking systems.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, including transaction processing, account management, and financial services.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, and creating functional specifications.
- Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and mapping business needs to technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in Agile project environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and banking industry standards.
- Experience in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and issue resolution.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
- Bachelor Degree
