Job Description Summary: Responsible for handling and monitoring all company legal matters and litigation cases, providing legal advice, coordinating with external counsel and authorities, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures while promoting legal awareness among employees. **Job Description**: - Handle and oversee all aspects of legal cases involving the company, including legal research, document preparation, and court proceedings from the local police level up to the issuance of a court decision.- Provide legal advice/legal opinions to support the search for alternative dispute resolution methods without going through court proceedings, such as mediation or negotiation.- Coordinate with external advocates/legal consultants, if necessary, to represent the company in litigation processes.- Coordinate with law enforcement authorities and assist in ensuring the completeness of documentation related to the company’s litigation cases.- Prepare and submit regular reports on the progress of case handling/litigation to management.- Conduct legal awareness sessions for employees in accordance with their duties, responsibilities, and field-related issues.
