**The Position**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with account managers and copywriters to develop campaigns that meet clients' objectives and target audiences.
- Present campaign concepts and design work to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and lead a team of designers, providing direction and feedback on their work.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies and bring new ideas and techniques to the agency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a digital advertising agency or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for design and advertising, with a desire to constantly push the boundaries of what's possible.
