Security Officer

G4S Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to security monitoring, incident prevention, and rapid response, ensuring the safety and security of people, property and asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure premises.
- Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify identification and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Act swiftly in case of security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
- Provide first aid or assist in evacuation procedures during fire, medical, or other emergencies.
- Coordinate with emergency services like police, fire department, or medical teams.
- Document and report security incidents, suspicious activities, and violations.
- Maintain daily logs and submit reports on security operations.
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors, employees, or clients.
- Ensure a professional and approachable security presence.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Conduct bag checks and security screenings when required.
- Ensure employees follow workplace safety and security protocols.
- Prevent unauthorized use of company property or equipment.
- Enforce disciplinary measures in line with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proportional body weight.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Minimum of a High School/Vocational School diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid SATPAM education certificate.
- Possession of a current and active SATPAM KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Maintain a professional and neat appearance.
- Willingness to provide a certified drug-free test result.
- Flexibility to work in Tegal and surrounding locations.
