**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **AI Model Development**: Using popular frameworks, integrate structured and non-structured data with AI Models (LLMS and MLs) and develop useful business analysis solutions.
- **Data Processing**: Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to support AI initiatives.
- **Model Training**: Improve the performance, accuracy and scalabity of AI models through structured, contextual training.
- **Testing and Validation**:Conduct rigorous testing of AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed technical documentation for AI systems, including workflows, model architecture, and API usage.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of projects or relevant work experience.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Apache Spark.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
