Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fast-growing consumer group, our client currently provides users with digital banking, consumer credit, digital investment and insurance brokerage services, fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.
Just now, our client has raised a total of $438.1M in funding over 10 rounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively address technical and analytical inquiries from various stakeholders
- Act as main bridge between tech and operations team to solve and analyze technical system
- Help to troubleshoot on internal and users for difficult and challenging problems
- Identified bugs and possible service improvement based on customer feedback scale it to the technology team
- Manage tools and develop reports and dashboards according to user and internal feedback as insight for management
- Work on research with product team to understand pain points insight to support product development

**Requirements**:

- Having 3+ years experiences at financial domain for a consumer-facing company
- Strong intuition for user behavior, and excellent analytical skillset
- Having good understanding of fintech product
- Able to analyze fintech data by integrating user research, data analysis, and engineer feedback into product requirements
- Ensuring products satisfy user needs at once
- Having experience to research and improve effectiveness of fintech product
- Having relevant experiences in Business Intelligence Analytics
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
