We are continuously developing skincare products to be enjoyed by various groups of people with all types of skin.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to identify market opportunities and develop product concepts.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Translate market insights into actionable product requirements and specifications.
Lead the product development process, including defining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Work closely with engineering teams to design and prototype new products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
Conduct product testing and validation to ensure product safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Manage product documentation and specifications throughout the development lifecycle.
Support product launch activities, including developing marketing collateral, training materials, and sales tools.
Monitor product performance post-launch and identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or product development roles especially in Beauty Product.
Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
