**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as an **HVAC Project Manager** or in a managerial role within the HVAC industry (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in **Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering**, or a related technical field. A **Master’s degree in Project Management** is a strong advantage.
- **Professional certifications** are highly preferred, including:

- **SKA Project Manager** (issued by LPJK/LPJKP)
- **PMP (Project Management Professional)**:

- **Construction Safety Certification (K3)**, especially for roles involving site safety responsibilities.
- **Strong technical knowledge** in HVAC systems: design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with **local construction standards and regulatory requirements** in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to **lead cross-functional teams**, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and manage various stakeholders.
- **Able to work under pressure**, manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- **Willing to be assigned to project sites** as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all ongoing **HVAC projects** from initiation to completion with a structured, efficient, and results-oriented approach.
- Ensure all project aspects—including **technical quality, timelines, and safety standards**—are met.
- **Coordinate closely with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders** to implement HVAC systems according to specifications.
- **Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports** for management and clients.
- **Control project budget and resources**, identify and mitigate risks proactively, and ensure smooth project execution.
