**Requirements**:

- Good communication. Fluent in English (Verbal & Written).
- Extensive (7+ years) of experience as a technical specialist with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Node, Python, Ruby,.Net, or similar OOP language
- Familiar with cloud native technologies for deploying (Github Actions, AWS Code Deploy, or similar tools) and provisioning infrastructure (CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
- Good Leadership & Teamwork. Experience on leading a team of developers to build and launch products.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.

**Nice to have**:

- Hands-on experience on AWS or GCP

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the team and organisation by improving the software delivery lifecycle and our ability to deliver a great customer experience
- Design and deliver systematic solutions which fit best across the technical, operational, and management standards.
- Assist and supervise the development team to the correct implementation of the planned solution.
- Ensure effective communication in a technical capacity in relation to plan architecture solution and estimate..
- Review and monitor implementation to make sure it’s in line with best practices and security standards.
- Establish up to date and best practices software deployment and development processes.
- Ensure the appropriate level of documentation is provided.
