Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the inventory management of heavy equipment’s spare part, warehouse management and optimization of spare part usage in order to support coal mining operation. This role will work closely with the team of mechanic, purchasing and safety to ensure availability of spare part and increase the efficiency of maintenance. They also ensure the compliance with safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/logistics/mechanical engineering or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience with experience in supervisor level preferably within a large mining organization as Supervisor Warehouse/ Sr. Superintendent Warehouse/ Sr. Advisor Warehouse
- Excellent understanding of the mine maintenance function and procedures
- Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to site leaders and Operations Crew, and other Stakeholder
- Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to details
- Experienced in inventory system such as ERP (SAP, Oracle or others)
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office - Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Internet
