Job Description:

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Odoo modules and customizations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement using Odoo.
- Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and related technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Odoo’s architecture and data models.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Linux-based server environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of Linux server environments Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Odoo 15 or later versions.
- Knowledge of Odoo.sh and Odoo community modules.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of Linux server environments
