- Specializes in **Western cuisine** and is responsible for preparing all necessary supplies and equipment for the main kitchen's daily operations.
- ** Reports to** the Chef de Partie to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly.
- Communicates any updates or feedback, including guest comments, to the kitchen management team to improve service.
- Ensures strict adherence to all **HACCP guidelines and local municipality regulations** to maintain the highest standards of food safety.
- Assists in the general operation of the kitchen, taking a proactive role in ensuring the section is well-prepared and compliant.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Commis/Prep chef is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to display a real passion for food
