計量システムを使用し、指定されたレシピに従ってゲストにドリンクのオーダーを準備する。ワインやシャンパンのボトルを発行し、開け、提供する。バー、バーユニット、テーブル、その他の道具のセッティングを行い、清潔に保つ。ドリンクの新鮮な付け合わせを準備する。氷、グラス、紙類をストックする。備品をバーセットアップエリアまで運ぶ。汚れたグラスを洗う。バートップやテーブルから汚れた食器を取り除き、指定の場所に置く。補充の必要性を予測し、伝える。すべての支払い方法を処理する。シフト終了時に銀行を数え、指定されたキャッシャーレポートに記入し、不一致を解決し、領収書を預け、銀行を確保する。酒類、ビール、ワイン、クーラー、キャビネット、保管場所の安全を確保する。閉店業務を行う。

望ましい資格
学歴: 高校卒業または G.E.D. 相当。
関連業務経験: 少なくとも 1 年間の関連業務経験。
