**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Marketplace Strategy & Management**:

- Oversee and optimize Bazar Bizar’s presence on Orderchamp, Faire, Ankorstore, Maisondumonde, La Redoute, Lightspeed, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and brand presence in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Account & Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for marketplace account managers, ensuring strong relationships and leveraging opportunities for brand growth.
- Negotiate exclusive deals, featured placements, and marketing collaborations with marketplace representatives.

**Pricing & Promotions**:

- Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and marketplaces.
- Utilize each marketplace’s marketing tools (e.g., sponsored listings, seasonal promotions) to enhance visibility and drive sales.

**Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates to optimize listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Use analytical tools to track listing performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting opportunities and challenges.

**Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Work closely with the product listing specialist, inventory team, marketing team, and customer service team to ensure seamless marketplace operations.
- Review and audit product listings regularly to correct errors or inconsistencies and coordinate with the data team to maintain consistency across all marketplaces.
- Ensure all promotional and marketing efforts are aligned across platforms by collaborating with the marketing team.
- Coordinate with the technical team to streamline integrations and improve listing automation.
**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online sales.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (experience with Orderchamp, Faire, Ankorstore, Maisondumonde, La Redoute, Lightspeed, and Shopify is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in pricing strategies, promotions, and analytics.
- Experience using analytical tools to track performance and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships with marketplace representatives.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketplaces efficiently.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use marketplace marketing tools effectively.
