- Mengkoordinasikan dan menyediakan laporan mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan dan meninjau untuk mengevaluasi kinerja tim MII
- Merorganisir dan melakukan pembagian tugas/ job distribution ke tim member
- Membuat dan mengelola jadwal kerja tim member
- Koordinasi dan penempatan Team member dan Back up engineer
- Mengalokasikan dan mengelola sumberdaya tim
- Membimbing anggota tim untuk meningkatkan skillset
- Mewakili dan mengadvokasi kebutuhan tim ke User maupun Perusahaan
- Menjadi layer pertama eskalasi tim saat terjadi stuck pada saat ada incident maupun pekerjaan lainnya.
- Koordinasi timeplan terkait project dan rencana kedepan dengan user dan brief ke Tim member.
