**Job Descriptions**:

- Check and calculate the progress of the construction on a weekly basis.
- Ensure that the Contractor's work complies with the implementation procedures.
- Issue a Quality Monitoring Card (QMC) as a reprimand to the Contractor for any identified defects, and monitor the progress of corrective work until completion.
- Accompany the pre-handover team in inspecting the punch list and facilitating the handover to the customer.
- Attend all field coordination meetings with the section head and report on the progress of all construction activities.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer Company or Contractor in housing project.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Having knowledge in civil construction, working drawing, and structure material.
- Having knowledge to make RAB
- Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata, Cibubur.
