As the Product Manager - Loyalty and Promotion, you will be responsible for building and scaling a Loyalty and Promotion platform that serves multiple product lines within Telkomsel Group and extends as a B2B2C service to corporate clients outside the group. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a SaaS/API solution that allows businesses to integrate and customize loyalty and promotion services with ease. You will also have the unique opportunity to leverage Telkomsel’s existing Loyalty system to create a robust solution that enhances customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction across various digital products, while offering businesses outside Indico a customizable loyalty and promotion service.

**What you will do but not limited to**:

- Co-crafting product vision and prioritization
- Lead the design, development, and launch of a Loyalty and Promotion platform for Indico’s internal business units (B2B2C and B2C), as well as external corporate clients through a B2B2C service model.
- Build a scalable SaaS and API-based Loyalty and Promotion product that external businesses can easily integrate into their own systems.
- Develop a Loyalty/Promotion aggregator service that consolidates offers, rewards, and promotions from multiple partners, creating a comprehensive solution for users.
- Leverage Telkomsel’s existing Loyalty system and integrate its features into the platform to maximize value for Indico business lines and external clients.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loyalty/Promotion SaaS/API and aggregator platform.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, development, testing, and post-launch improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, market fit, and go-to-market execution.
- Engage with corporate clients to understand their loyalty and promotion needs, ensuring the platform provides flexible and customizable solutions.
- Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the platform and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in loyalty and promotion, ensuring Indico’s platform remains competitive and cutting-edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on loyalty, promotion, or rewards platforms.
- Proven experience in building loyalty/promotion SaaS/API products, with a strong understanding of how to design scalable, flexible solutions for external clients.
- Experience in developing and managing a loyalty/promotion aggregator service is highly desired.
- Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to build API-driven products.
- Familiarity with Telkomsel’s Loyalty system or other telco-based loyalty platforms is an advantage.
- Experience working with B2B2C service models and managing relationships with corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
