QA Assistant

Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures

• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Assist to identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
• In charge of spearheading and maintaining organization’s Quality Management System internal and external documents as per the ISO, API and other standard requirements.
• Ensure seamless flow & processes of both internal and external audits conducted pertaining to the Quality Management System.
• Establish effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and any compliance violations and concerns for effective mitigation and swift resolution.
• Regional travelling for QMS matters if so required and necessitated.
• Ensure process and system compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
• Establishing and create the relevant forms that can be used effectively for the company records.xternal

Ability to commute/relocate
