**Requirements**:

- Having experience as TAX Manager in Restaurant/Hospitality/Retail business minimum 5 years in TAX Manager.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance/Accoutancy/Tax is a must.
- Fluent in Accounting scope, Tax/Audit
- Ability to operate accounting system and experience of ESB, accurate Software and Microsoft Office is preferable
- Have a strong leadership, confident and assertive manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Business Level in English

Job Descriptions:

- Ensuring Company’s financial matters comply with Indonesian tax laws
- Reviewing periodic tax reports by subordinates and ensuring timely payments and submission to the tax office
- Ensuring Corporate tax dept structures and procedures including all duties and responsibilities have been executed according to procedures and system of the company
- Reviewing existing procedures at least once a year and where necessary, taking corrective actions
- Liaising with Indonesian Tax Authorities and ensuring efficient settlement of any arising tax dispute from the company
- Monitoring subordinates in corporate tax division to ensure they carry out their duties accordingly
- Reviewing all system and procedures of corporate tax division periodically
- Checking and approving all tax returns before submission to the tax office
- Coordinating and streamlining the company’s tax position through good planning and proper execution of the group’s business transaction
- Providing information to other divisions of the company regarding any new provision of applicable tax such as : personal income tax and tax related business trip claims

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tax Manager: 5 years (preferred)
