**Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) therapies are a vital component of the Medtronic interventional cardiology portfolio. In addition to our core products that treat blocked coronary arteries, we are seeking to solve unmet needs in the rapidly growing field of complex percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We also are leading the way with the transformational renal denervation therapy, which has the potential to be a powerful tool in battling the global hypertension epidemic.

The role’s target is to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the CRDN business and penetrate the market at targeted accounts through execution of market development programs.

**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products to key specialist and technical staff for a specific business.
- Plan and implement sales call plans and provide field reports to Sales Supervisor.
- Provide ongoing, timely customer support by providing product information and use of products through appropriate communication channels.
- Ensure customer order cycle is complete. Maintain communication with internal Medtronic inventory control staff to ensure goods are delivered according to lead time.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence (pricing, competitor’s activities, customer demands) and maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital usage of Medtronic versus competing products and activities.
- Work closely with customer service and supply chain to ensure inventories and consigned goods are accounted and fully utilize.
- Practice good management in terms of planning, administration and expense planning and control. Comply with Medtronic’s code of conduct at all times.
- Ensure the company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regards to its products procedures, policies, operations, customer
- Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
- Organize and participate in conferences and seminars.
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) - To actively utilises SFE processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls

**Must Have**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical or pharma field

**Your Profile**
- Preferably major in medical/biomedical or nursing
- Superior product knowledge. Able to absorb technical product knowledge.
- Ability to plan, organizes, monitor and execute workshop/technical training session.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.
- Results and Quality oriented
- Basic command of English language.
