**Product Life Cycle Specialist in Indonesia - Your future position?**
- Being a Product Life Cycle Specialist in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will manage the ingredients and product life-cycle to align with the set targets of safety, quality, efficiency and cost. You will also have a unique opportunity to work with various department levels in Commercial and Operations to ensure seamless bench to batch commercialization. You will report directly to Product Life Cycle Site Lead.
- In this exciting role you will:
- Manage the ingredient and formula portfolios with a “First Time Right” concept and according to established principles- Support Flavor Creation and Operations teams to enhance ingredient palette harmonization activities and ensure them have clear information about ingredient availability- Ensure efficient and reproducible introduction of formulas. Follow global change control procedures, approval and communication flow- Coordinate the Ingredient issue management platform to prevent ingredient availability, quality or compliance issues from becoming business disruptions- Ensure first-time right and agreement on global policies, including customer specific requirements, in collaboration with the Commercial and Quality teams- Implement continuous improvement opportunities to guide simplicity, improve efficiency in the product lifecycle management process- Support any projects

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food science- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; prior experience in the food industry- Experience with the Product Lifecycle Management process- Familiar with SAP- Experienced in Project management- Possess a understanding of operational principles in data analysis
