- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct consumer behavior analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement user retention strategies.
- Familiarity with using data to create actionable insights and improve marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and enhance online sales across paid and organic channels, includin e-commerce and webstore platforms
- Execute marketing strategies to increase the company's revenue growth through various tactics such as sales campaigns and tactical promotions aimed at retaining users
- Analyze consumer behavior based on various experiments and define customer segmentation
- Conduct data analysis on executed campaigns and create post-mortem analyses to improve future campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly and/or yearly KPIs (KPIs including but not limited to total sales and user basket size)
- Develop strategies to increase user retention across different segments with the primary goal of converting them into loyal users
