Job Descriptions

  • Manage Maintenance & Mold Engineering: Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mold improvements to minimize downtime.
  • Lead New Projects: Implement new product introductions, production line expansions, and technology upgrades.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and enhance the technical skills of the Maintenance & Engineering teams.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Adhere to ISO, IATF 16949, and safety regulations, maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Electrical & Automation Management: Oversee electrical systems, automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Quality, Production, and other departments' teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirement

  • Male, age 40-45 years old
  • Education min. D3
  • Experience min. 5 years as Ass. Manager at MFG automotive-related PMA Japan

(rubber raw material experience will be advantage)

  • Strong background in Maintenance, Mold Engineering, New Project Implementation, and Electrical Systems
  • English skill conversational level
  • Japanese language proficiency will be advantage
  • Can join after Lebaran holiday (early April)

  • D1-D4 (required)

**Experience**

  • Rubber mold engineering, maintenance: 5 years (required)
  • Mold engineering Assistant Manager level: 3 years (required)
