**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a Product Marketing Analyst to be assigned to our Pinhome Brokerage business unit.

**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for executing Pinhome Brokerage’s demand generation initiative:

- Identify and define requirements for marketing support/resources by aligning with various stakeholders (campaign, marketing channels, creative, product, customer care, etc.)
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the project
- Monitor performance and develop post-mortem analysis of the project
- Assist in crafting segmentation, targeting, and positioning of Pinhome Brokerage
- Provide insights/custom analysis to identify opportunities that can be catered by Product Marketing for enablement of growth levers
- Provide simple recommendations on business and marketing strategy based on research and analysis (internal historical data, customer and market trends, competitor activities)
- Support business initiatives

**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Management, Finance
- Min. 1-2 year experience in Product Marketing or growth, preferably from start-up companies
- Good command, written and verbal in Bahasa and English
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with various team background
- Well versed in various digital marketing & data analytics tools, such as CRM and Google Analytics
- Knowledge in property/real estate industry is highly preferred

**About the team**

Product Marketing Analyst is an individual contributor. Aside from other responsibilities, she/he will be working closely with a Campaign Analyst in handling Brokerage campaigns. Both roles will be directly reporting to Sr. Associate Product Marketing Manager under the Digital Marketing division.
