We are currently in search for Sr. Mechanical Maintenance Manager for our industrial gas client to be placed in Gresik with requirements as below:
**Requirements**:

- Licensed Mechanical Engineer or an Mechanical Engineer in an industrial, petrochemical plant, power plant,
industrial plant
- 5-8 years in continuous process plants on Mechanical maintenance, repair & overhaul of rotating equipment
[eg: Compressor, pump, turbine etc] & static equipment [eg: boiler, storage tank, pressure vessel, pipeline]
- Knowledge, training, and experience on mechanical maintenance
- Holding ISO Vibration level II or III certification is an advantage
- Holding Authorized Lifting certification is an advantage
- Holding Coating Inspector SSPC/NACE certification is advantage
- Knowledge in distributive control system (DCS), operation and maintenance are an advantage
- Possesses a valid Driver’s License

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible all equipment are maintained properly to achieve Plant reliability, Availability & Efficiency
through implementing a various Maintenance Programs
- Execute corrective actions from audits, root cause failure analysis, alerts & directives within timelines
- Consumable & Capital Spares availability/Management
- Manage major groups and jobs during Turnaround (TAR) / Shutdown planning, execution, and
coordination
- Manage major project execution, (scoping, tender/procure, execution, commissioning, &
documentation)
- Prepare, implement and closure of Management of Change Process and ensure proper technical
reviews and meet with standard
- Prepare and review the R&M Budget for PM & CM activities to ensure the actual spend is within
controls
- Ensure Statutory testing of applicable equipments / tools are in place & executed on time
- Controls unnecessary loss by formulating and implementing policies and guidelines.
- Develop subordinate staff of other department/site to be more effective by identifying training
requirements and make plans then implement them and conduct training
