RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing maintenance and project activities, from planning phase to implementation, in a safe, timely and cost effectively manner, and shall in accordance to company policy, as well as industry standard and regulations.- Providing coordinating support and alignment within internal maintenance team, and cross-related departments during troubleshooting, project and process optimization.- Performing regular evaluation on maintenance performances index and develop strategy to improve productivity, cost and implementation of global standard.- Standardize onsite maintenance and project procedures in accordance to company global standards and policies.- Managing budget control and relationship with contractors and service providers.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Process/Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering with exposures to chemical/petrochemical industry from reputable university.- Experiences in maintenance, or project management, and ideally with at least 1-2 years management (or leading/supervising) responsibilities experiences.- Possess strong leadership, result oriented, with high level organization and communication skills.
