Purchasing Staff

Follow the user to get the right specification and inform the Supplier. - Negotiating price, shipping, quality, payment terms to ensure that all items and delivered on time as well as promote excellent code of conduct, compliance integrity in all purchasing activity. - Able to develop supplier relationships management to ensure we got full support from suppliers. - Open PO to supplier based on inquiry of sales. - Monitoring delivery to make sure all materials receive as scheduled. - Prepare, follow up, and check import documents related to shipping and custom clearance. - Build good communication with suppliers/forwarder/trucking. - Excellent negotiating skill and having good knowledge to verify specification of goods and service. - Good written and verbal proficiency in English are required. - Min. 3 years experience in related field. - Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business is a plus. - Target oriented - POH: BALIKPAPAN "Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
