IT Support

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems like macOS.
- Understand troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Specific IT skills qualifications.
- Good understanding of computer devices (Windows/macOS) along with troubleshooting and basic computer networks.
- Preferably fluent in English (written and spoken).

**Responsibilities**:

- Solve technical problems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting IT devices.
- Support iMac/MacBook deployment or installation directly.
- Install macOS software (Stockwiz, Apple Support ID, Microsoft Office, Mail, App Store, etc.) according to SOP and office needs.
- Create macOS user accounts as per office SOP.
- Check network equipment status (router, switch, etc.).
- Maintain IT infrastructure (iMac, MacBook, printer, server, etc.) and office facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related incidents or service requests.
- **JavaScript Basics** : Variables, functions, control structures, and DOM manipulation.
- **React Basics** : Components, JSX, state management, routing, and API calls.
- **GitHub** : Version control, remote repositories, collaboration, and deployment.
- **Cloud Applications** : Cloud computing basics, popular cloud providers, hosting, and serverless functions.
- **Database Basics** : MongoDB basics, database integration, and basic security.
